  • Both the conflict session and time management session where very informative and beneficial. I have learnt a lot from these courses and how they will help me to approach different scenarios with managing my team. Marco and Chris were very informative and personable. It made it much easier to focus and engage in each task. The technology was very good. That combined with the presenters allowed for me to easily understand the sessions.

  • I found the eight part SMART plan very useful and will try to use this going forward. I also found the time management matrix useful and will use to manage priority of work and minimise distractions to be more productive.   • Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.
